As your doula, I partner with you to ensure a satisfying birth experience. I’m there for YOU, not your hospital or care provider. I provide continuous emotional and physical support that empowers you throughout labor and birth. I also offer prenatal and postpartum visits to provide a full spectrum of care. The birth of your child should be one of the most beautiful days of your life. Let me help you make this an experience you look back on with joy.
Choosing someone to be a part of your birth team is a big deal. I get that. I want you to feel excited about working together! For all my prospective clients, I offer a free virtual or in-person meet-up. No pressure. Zero expectations. This is the time to get to know me, ask all your doula questions, and make sure I’m the right fit for your family. Let’s grab a cup of coffee and chat. I can’t wait to meet you!
I might be the right doula for you if:

We’ll get together for two prenatal appointments to get to know each other and develop your birth plan. This is the time to talk about your priorities, concerns, and how I can support you best. I have a ton of resources I’m more than happy to share. I can also refer you to other specialists, including chiropractic care, pediatricians, lactation consultants, and other birth-related professionals. It truly takes a village, and I’m so happy to be a part of yours. Call or text me anytime, especially after appointments with your care provider. Yes, anytime. Even at 2 AM.
Amazing! Please CALL ME when you think labor has started, even if you don’t need my support right away. We can talk through what’s happening, and I can answer any questions and offer suggestions to keep you comfortable until I join you. I can meet you at your home, birth center, or hospital. I typically need 60-90 minutes to join you, so please keep that in mind. Unless something truly extraordinary happens, my backup or I will remain with you throughout labor and the birth of your baby.
I’ll stay with you for the first hour or two after birth. I’m happy to assist you and your newborn with the first feeding session. Once you two are cozy and comfortable, I’ll sneak away and let you get to know each other. I’ll follow up within 48 hours for your first postpartum visit, where we can debrief your birth, make sure you have something yummy to eat, talk about lactation, and answer any questions you might have about life with your newborn. I’ll leave after tucking you both in for a much-needed nap. Our second postpartum visit occurs after 3-4 weeks. Additional postpartum care can be discussed and arranged as needed.
Yes! I have the following limitations:
- I am NOT a medical provider. I am not trained to perform clinical tasks.
- I do NOT make decisions for you. I’ll help you find resources to make an informed decision and will keep you informed if something deviates from your birth plan.
- I do NOT speak for you. I’ll talk about your concerns with you and suggest options, but you and your partner will speak to care providers.
